1-DAY (GENERAL ADMISSION) PASS
Looking to spend just one day at the county fair? The 1-day pass will give you general admission for
a day from 10:00am ’till close. The ticket can be redeemed on any day of your choosing, and will
allow for a full day of fun. General admission will allow you to see all the exhibits, animal barns,
rodeo or derby, and you’ll get to watch the concert from our field seating area. If you’re looking
to get closer to the stage, check out our Reserved Concert Seating tickets.

4-DAY (GENERAL ADMISSION) SEASON PASS
Are you planning on joining us for the long haul? A Season Pass will be your best friend! This
pre-paid pass will allow you General Admission to all 4 days of the fair. Skip the ticket booth line
and scan in at the gate. All week you will get to see every exhibit, animal barn, rodeo or derby,
and you’ll get to watch nightly concerts from our field seating area. If you’re looking to get

RESERVED CONCERT SEATING (formerly Golden Circle)
If you’re wanting to rock out with your favorite band, these tickets are for YOU! In addition to your
general admission ticket, purchase a reserved concert seat, which guarantees you your own spot all
night long. Get up close to performing artists and have access to an exclusive beer garden.

ALL-DAY CARNIVAL RIDE BRACELET
There is fun for the whole family at the Rainier Amusements carnival during The Yamhill County Fair &
Rodeo! Save yourself the hassle and buy your wristband BEFORE you go. You’ll receive a redemption
voucher which you’ll present at the RAINIER AMUSEMENT TICKET BOOTHS (separate from the front
admission gates), and they will give you your bracelet. Ride bracelet vouchers can be redeemed any
day (August 2-5) and valid one day only.

PARKING
PARK AT THE FAIR
During the week of the fair, the Yamhill County Fair & Rodeo transforms the go kart track into a
giant parking lot, to accommodate our fairgoers! This year, we will have a large designated area for
Handicap parking. However, ALL spots are limited and the fair lots fill up fast, so if you’re coming
for the evening – we recommend arriving early! Parking for the fair lots are $5 CASH, and will be
taken at the entrance gate. (NO PARKING PASSES FOR SALE)

PARK AND RIDE
Lot closed and still looking for a spot to park? The Yamhill County Bus service has you covered!
During the week of the fair, there is a FREE Park and Ride service, which offers complimentary rides
to the fairgrounds from the Mcminnville High School. Check out the schedule and route below:

FAIRGROUND RULES
While we want you to have fun and make memories at the Yamhill County Fair and Rodeo, we want you to ensure your safety as well! Below are some general rules we feel all fair patrons should know before attending.
PLEASE LEAVE THE DOGS AT HOME
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS DURING THE FAIR AND RODEO, except for Service Dogs, and dogs entered in the 4-H Dog Show. Dogs must leave the grounds following the Dog Show.
CONCEALED CARRY POLICY
To aid in this responsibility to our community, it is the policy of the Yamhill County
Fair & Event Center that no person be allowed to bring or possess firearms or other weapons on the facility. The ONLY persons authorized to bring concealed weapons onto the Yamhill County Fair & Event Center premises will be on-duty law enforcement from local and state agencies and off-duty McMinnville Police and Yamhill County Sheriff’s.
