ATTENTION VENDORS: We are aware of individuals posing as representatives of the Yamhill County Fair and Rodeo who are soliciting vendors to participate in the 2026 Fair! Only the applications below, submitted to the Fair@YamhillCounty.gov email address are valid. We do not accept Venmo or CashApp. Please contact the Fair Office directly if you have a question about the validity of a request for payment.

Applications for previous years vendors who with to retain their same location are due by April 1,2026. All other applications are due by May 1, 2026.
