Fairgrounds ARENAS 

The Yamhill County Fairgrounds Delashmutt, Drader, and weather permitting Cascade Arenas are available for horse and other equine related activities. They are available to equine owners for Open Ride between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. any day that an arena is not closed due to an event, reserved by a specific person or organization, or under maintenance. Delashmutt and Drader Arenas may be closed for grooming between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. every day.
 

The fee for riding is $10 per rider per day. Annual ride passes are also available (see the form below or stop by the Fair Office).
 

ALL RIDERS must complete an Equine Activity Release Waiver (legibly and completely) at least once every 12 months. Riders must fill-in the sign-in sheet (located in Delashmutt Arena) each day that they ride and if they do not have an Annual Ride Pass or are part of a group that has reserved the arena pay the $10 ride fee in the drop box or if the fair office is open, in the office. Failure to pay the ride fee or to follow published Rules and Procedures may result in rider/owner being prohibited from using any arena on the Yamhill County Fairgrounds for at least one-year.
 

Obstacles/equipment or other devices are only allowed in the arena during Open Ride times IF ALL users or the arena during the specific Open Ride period agree. Should a rider enter the arena during an Open Ride period and request that obstacles be removed, the person who placed the obstacles must immediately remove them from the arena. There shall be no gaming while other riders are present in an arena. The arenas are available for private use (obstacles not provided); see the arena rate schedule for pricing and contact the office to reserve time.
 

Onsite security will be enforcing rules for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Please adhere to the rules, including where to park, load and unload (all to the back of the barns).’
